Yes, Patricia....we usually see people wearing hats, down vests and gloves (and I'm not kidding!) this time of year! You can always tell who is a tourist...they will be shivering waiting for the MUNI in their white shorts and t-shirts. But yes, they said El Nino is coming and hopefully we will get buckets of rain....and God help us, we need it, so no one will be complaining. But the weather guy said we are getting late fall weather NOW, and it's very unusual. I don't recall having this much hot weather in the two decades I've been here...and the few hot days we usually have per year would always come in our hot months: Sept/Oct. It's just crazy anymore around here! (crazier than usual :) And we had a 4.0 earthquake on Wednesday, which totally freaked me out.
