Custom Domain

I have been trying to contact someone for the last two days with no luck.
I am trying to have a custom domain name. I have bought the custom domain name and follow the instructions as detailed in the Custom Domain Name - Behind the Scenes area. When I type the new name "caciquedigitalart.com" (no quotes), I am sent to the FAA site NOT my own Website. I have tried to contact someone at FAA but there has been no response.

Could someone help me with this, please?

If you emailed two days ago I responded so please check the spam

Read the page Jessica gave you that will make sure you have done everything correctly. Normally this is one of two things

You changed the word custom, on custom.artistwebsites.com
Or you didn't just put caciqudigitalart.com in the custom domain area on the artist website

Jessica and Abbie,

Thank you very much for helping me on this problem. As far as I can tell my Custom Address works fine now. One thing that I had to correct was the Domain Forwarding as suggested by the link at the bottom of your post.

I just checked the website link on your FAA profile page to see if the custom domain was added and I got a message that a virus was found and a note to scan for the virus!!
You should investigate !!
