How do I change the setting on my photograph to portrait vs landsacpe?

You have to save it as a portrait in your software program before uploading it.

You have to upload it correctly. You can change it on your computer in an editing program or Windows photo gallery if you have a PC

Just my guess, but is this the problem? you need to rotate it.
