Images Not Available For Licensing

I've enabled the function but artwork is showing as Not available for licensing and this message......Hope someone can help.
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type Memcache as array in /var/www/vhosts/fineartamerica.com/httpdocs/databaseinformation.php on line 61

Hi Jessica, and yes I did....I had some available last year and pulled them...but now I keep getting the message above.

Jessica, thank you...I've worked it out....although I set prices default, I didn't go through the images to add;)
