Phone Cases

Just noticed phone cases don't show as a buying option by default on my pages. Anyone else notice this or is there a setting I have overlooked, thanks.

Phone Cases are not shown at FAA because it's a Pixels.com thing.

Everything you publish here is automatically listed also at Pixels.com. As long as you price it, phones cases will be listed, hopefully found by clients, and then finally sold via Pixels.com.

You find this info under Behind The Scenes --> Default Settings

Default Phone Cases Prices (for sale on Pixels.com)
When you upload a new image to Fine Art America, you can specify a default price for iPhone cases. If you use the same prices for all of your iPhone cases, this will save you a lot of typing and time after each upload...

However, you'll find everything on your artist's website.

Now I'm confused again. Robert and Elena said phone cases aren't shown on FAA because it's a Pixels thing and they'll be "hopefully found by clients". Last Friday, my husband ordered a phone case off my website (artists website) and doing a great job of marketing them for me. Now, unless I'm missing something, they're no longer on the artists website.

Something is being added but they should be there still

I'm looking at it right now and there are no phone covers on my artists website. I do have them priced and they were there last Friday for sure. Have a look, please: http://1-kay-brewer.artistwebsites.com/featured/botswana-at-twilight-kay-brewer.html. I've checked several of my pictures--this is just an example.

I'm having the same problem. Phone cases, duvet covers, and tote bags only show up on some of my photos. I've set default prices for them through behind the scenes. How do I fix this? Thank you in advance.

Default is only for future uploads

To have work on sale you need to have prices on them. Remove them from sale by removing prices

There are four ways of changing prices on your work

UPLOADING As you upload the work you can see the pricing areas. These are for your markup. What YOU wish to earn
DEFAULT SETTINGS in your Behind the Scenes you can see Default Settings. Set these for all future work you load. That way the prices will be ready populated as you upload.
GLOBAL PRICE EDIT If you wish to price already loaded images and you have a lot, use this.
EDITING Edit the image and change the pricing (don't forget to click SUBMIT to save the changes)

Global price edit is on your images page, it then takes you to http://fineartamerica.com/controlpanel/bulkeditprices.html

If you need a tutorial on using it for a first time (choosing ALL images at once etc) then see my tutorial in the forum http://fineartamerica.com/showmessages.php?messageid=2541958

The phone cases, are on http://pixels.com and premium sites only

Pixels.com is going to become the parent website that sits above all the other websites. As we introduce new products (e.g. iPhone cases, calendars, puzzles, etc.), each new product will appear on Pixels.com. The "fine art" domains will continue to only sell products that fall under the "fine art" heading (e.g. canvas prints, framed prints, etc.)

Just log in using your normal details

You can see more about this in your BEHIND THE SCENES | Domain area

The owner has added a thread about the reasoning behind this here http://fineartamerica.com/showmessages.php?messageid=2530357
