Thank you all for your responses but I am even more frustrated now than I was!!!.. I went in on some individually and sure enough those listings that were missing were the ones that did not have mark ups in their item.
So I went in and spent a couple of hours editing all of them.. and saving them, I tried it two different ways.. one to click the box that said default pricing.. and the other was to go in and manually add the markups... . Nothing was showing up, but I chalked it up to perhaps there was a delay in it going live in the search.. well here I am close to 24 hours later and they are STILL not showing up?..
