Best of my knowledge I recall the Bulk. discount was addressed in the discussions some time ago, and the reply was that it wasn't an option. This is not similar at all to the designer prints. program they do here. This program increases your risk level of a minimal profit substantially as the buyers may browse and select ala cart. from any number of artist at once for a bulk order.
If that has changed, I hope it is addressed here. JC's reply leaves me to believe bulk pricing per diem is still not something individual artist can control unless the artist is contacted individually and direct from purchaser.
