Facebook Sign In

I have my own domain (shopartistwithcamera.com) that is linked to my artist website. When folks go onto the site and want to comment or buy it says they can sign in with Facebook but when they click it this message appears...

"Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains."

Does that mean if you have your own domain name that visitors cannot sign in with Facebook or is there something I need to set in order to get this fixed? I appreciate any help. It is all foreign to me. Thank you.

Hi no, I need to talk to Sean about that as people may not sign in on the premium site, not even FAA members

I will sort that ASAP

Thank you. Another discussion of the same subject was posted 18 days ago. Here is the link to it....http://fineartamerica.com/showmessages.php?messageid=2522158

Hopefully we can figure it out. That would really deter visitors from going any further. Thanks again.

Just wanting to know if Sean knows that when we use our own domain and point it to FAA our customers are still not able to sign in using Facebook. Can Sean help with this?

People cannot sign in on your premium site. They are not meant to be able to at present. I am talking to Sean later and this is on my list.

Thank you Abbie. I really hope we can fix it or not even list the Facebook option since it not only discourages buyers but frustrates them as well and they just close the page not wanting to go any further. Thanks again for your help.
