Maybe it was returned. That happens. If you don't get paid on May15th, then you'll know.

Check balance. It might get canceled.

Yeah, it will show somewhere on your payment thing (a different tab) if it was cancelled or returned. I had a couple returned about three years ago, and I found them somewhere in the payment information area, but I can't remember where. It's disappointing, but if you didn't get a message that it wouldn't print, it just means the client returned it or cancelled for some reason.

It will still show in sales if it was returned but if it was cancelled before shipping it vanishes from that column. It will show as cancelled in the balance column though.

Yes Alban, just go to your sales and click on the "balance" tab. You will see if it was returned or not.
