How Do I Get Rid Of 'template 1' Which Shows On My Webpage?

I have looked at other people's sites and they have their name there. I cannot seem to change it - my header top right says 'Template 1' all the time and I cannot work out how to get me name there. Any advice please? My site is here; http://bea-roberts.artistwebsites.com/ and looks daft like this. Many thanks for your help in advance.
