Curious If Anyone Sees Anything That Could Be Improved About My Page?

I've had 11,380 views in 38 days or so, and have been really having a good time with social media. Developed some new plans, reached some new people, having lots of success, but no sales… I've read a few things, maxed out keywords on most of my stuff (within 5 or so letters), cross promoted, and joined groups -- and promoted there. Just wanted to make sure that maybe there wasn't something obvious (like price) or something I might be overlooking that would be inhibiting sales. I appreciate you taking a look and letting me know of anything that you notice. Have a good night!

I don't think your best images are showing up first. Put those large shots up front. You only get a limited amount of time to show what you have.

38 days and 11k in views is really good, in two years I only had 23k due to not promoting on Twitter, since October I have added 185k in views. If you keep doing what you're doing the sales will come. Love your work, maybe have your galleries show instead of images, otherwise you'll always be reordering your images to show the best.

38 days is not a long time sales wise. this month and a bit in the past the sales slowed for different reasons, mostly for taxes though.

you'll want more images than you have

Art Prints
black and white with flowers - i don't consider mixing. the description - make it better. don't tell people you don't do flowers and you shot this at a store.

Sell Art Online
that's a cool shot, i'd rather see it in color though, however, it's not in focus and its kind of noisy, it may not print.

Art Prints
while an ok shot, it doesn't have depth or color. the light hasn't reached us yet, and compared to others, yours would be overlooked. not to mention there is no descriptions, i have no idea what this is, or why you took it.

Photography Prints
i'm not really sure what this is. without a title, it would be a real mystery. too much background, and it's just a building. the greens look odd, its not really in focus and it's crooked.

Sell Art Online
this is an eye catcher, but its leaning a bit. while its probably distortion a quick pull to the right would fix that.

overall i think your prices are way too low, you should start people in galleries and make sure they all have cover images.

your bio is a mish mash of stuff. forget about your other addresses. tell us about who you are - not that your new, facebook etc. it adds clutter to it, tell us what you do photo wise. this should be counted as google content. you specialize in what? that's what you add.

Before you make sales, you might want to reconsider your pricing. It seems really low. You're asking for a $5 mark-up on this shot for the 8 inch small version --

Sell Art Online

Some buyers may snap that up, but some may say: "Why so cheap when other shots of the same structure are much more?" Remember that even on some popular iconic images, we are still offering our own vision. No one can go to the Golden State Bridge and get the same exact shots you did, even if they went the same day and was literally standing right beside you. This isn't Wal Mart; these are your shots which no one else took. So the 20X30 that you're offering for $18 should be closer to three digits. While it's true that pricing is up to the individual seller, there ought to be a little bit of consistence across the board as well.

Meanwhile, some of your images closer to the back of the portfolio don't have any prices at all.

What Mike said about your bio is dead on. Don't distract people or lead them off this site. Here, they can buy your stuff. Other places, they can't. Don't say you're "new" or a "novice." Let your speak to your skill level. Don't undersell yourself in either the pricing or the bio.

Oh, and you're in San Francisco. More trolleys please! I'm dying to get there one day and shoot the street car scene!

Looks like images 47, 48 and 49 are the ones with no prices. Could be a glitch, but I went through twice.

Hi Bryant... I agree with what the others said. I like your work...don't get discouraged after 38 days!

Thanks everyone, I'll definitely start taking a look at pricing and the bio for sure. Weird that 47-49 have no prices, I have a default pricing setup going, so…hmm. Thanks so much for the critique, and Mike, I appreciate you letting me know about the descriptions. I thought I had gotten them all added in, but I guess I missed a few. Make that this weekend's project! :)

So…I started with the prices, does this look more in line with what you guys think? I'm going to switch around the order next. Descriptions will have to come when I have more time… Thanks guys!
