How To Price Photos

After uploading a photo on the site it shows sizes relevant for your photo to set prices for. What happens if I don't want to sell certain sizes, pillows, phone cases, ect? If I don't put in a mark up for a certain size or a product, will that still be available to a buyer and I just won't make anything since I didn't add a mark up?

Leaving a size blank makes it unavailable

What about key words, do I have to put "photographs" after every keyword for prints I sell? It just looks like most keywords I see for photos say photographs after them for people selling photos. Example, instead of just "cars" I see "cars photographs". Is that something just generated by FAA based on what type of art you sell, or are people actually adding "photographs" to any given key word that proceeds that?
