No Favorite Tab In Artistwebsites

I am able to select favorites on my artist website (http://eyauuk.artistwebsites.com ) but there is no favorite tab on the site.

Is this by design or is there some way I can add a favorites tab?

thanks

You are speaking of your own personal favorites of your own work right Eyauuk? I would recommend that you create a gallery for "personal favorites" .

The reason for that is that it's your personal site. Why do you want to show a potential buyer your favorites of other people's work!

On Pixels I see I can save framed versions of my or anyone elses work as favorites (save to favorites option underneath the shopping cart button) this way I can recommend frame and mat combinations to buyers and save them time finding framing/mat combinations that look good with my work.

I have done this on Pixels. My only issue on Pixels is anything I save as a favorite will not point to that work, clicking on any favorite sends me to the home page instead of the actual work.
I have checked other artist profiles and see that for most artists, clicking on their saved favorites will send you to that work; whoever a few artists have the same issue as I do, clicking on their saved favorites sends them back to the home page instead of the actual favorite.

I have submitted a ticket on this last week, so I was wondering if anyone has run into this issue and had a solution.

I see. The problem is probably because the images are framed. It won't take you back to a framed image. If you click on the artist name below the image it will take you to that artist but not that particular image.

Try to favorite the image itself without frame and that will work. You really don't need to give suggestions for framing. And they may want a metal, acrylic, or canvas print anyway.Allow the buyer to make those decisions.
