Duplication Of Images

It has quite awhile since I have been on the discussion page and I hoped it wouldn't be for this reason. Is anyone else seeing duplications of images when opening your galleries? Very frustrating and the one I tried to remove took the comments and likes away. Suggestions?

Let me clarify it is only in my Landscapes Gallery which, of course, is the largest gallery!
