Nope, Pay Pal also wants me to link it to a credit card.

PayPal can be attached to your bank account I believe. And you can get a debit card/credit card through PayPal after that.

I have this problem : i use the option use paypall -> Login -> Fine Art America sends a request to paypall to validate creditcard.
But its also a new paypall account does anyone know if it is because i did not have money on the paypall account yet?

Liz is correct. Attach PayPal account to your bank account and then you can transfer money from bank to PayPal and then pay with PayPal.

I know I attached my bank account to Pay Pal. I do not recall ever giving them a credit card number.

In some countries PayPal has different requirements. I think as long as you attach it to a bank account though it works everywhere. But you have to have money in the account before you can buy anything.

I'm not sure, but if you purchased a Visa gift card, could that be used like a credit card for purchases?
