Sales Email Notices

Are the eMail notices I "used to get" a thing of history now?
I can't even count how many sales I've had that I never got a single notice of.
Isn't FAA doing them anymore?

and I know how to find out about them in the Behind the Scenes section so I don't need to be told about that.
I just want to know if I will ever get a notice ever again - or have they stopped?

what email server do you have?
Its been brought up several times - AOL, comcast, hotmail maybe a couple more, all have hardcore spam blockers of some sort and are not even putting them in your spam folder, but blocking them all together. Its a known issue, but nothing FAA can do about it on their end apparently.

ok - thanks - that's answers my question.
So if I made an email acct. with Yahoo or another server I'd get them then?
But that would also mean that ALL other FAA mail to me would go to that one
and I'd have to deal with yet another online matter.
Guess I'll just keep checking the BTS page.
Thanks

if you have comcast, they will eat the mail here. you will never see it. its sandboxed and some day you might get it. since switching my email place, i get them all. i still wonder why comcast thinks this place is spam though.

I didn't get a notification either about a recent sale until I get a congratulatory comment .I use ATT as my mail server and have gotten then in the past !
What is of even greater concern is the fear that if a prospect wants to buy an original that the email is not going through either,

Interesting, Judy, concerning AT&T. That's what I have and receive the email notices of sales. I don' t think any of the various email providers are 100% foolproof in their delivery.

Greg I used to get them when I was using Microsoft office Outlook, Now I am on the IMAC, I have no idea if that factors in or not. There seems to be some issues with people who have had ATT for years and are legacy Bellsouth accounts. My emails are much more unstable on my samsung phone and on the Imac, I am thinking of using my iCloud email account exclusively, I have not done it so far for fear of repercussions I am not aware of,
