Website Suggestion Please

I like to start a new website, besides the FAA one,
Does somebody has a Yahoo website and used their sitebuilder?
with all the choices, its hard to decide which is the best, I don't have the money to use a website designer, I have to do it myself with templates,

I strongly suggest just getting a blog like Wordpress. Very easy to use and set up for search engines to find

Google also have a site builder or, as you said yahoo
