I'm Not Able To Upload Any New Art

Can anyone help me figure out what I can do to upload my art again? It is saying it's not the right format, but it is. I've emailed fineart about what's happening and sent my images and a screenshot of what happens but I still have not heard back on this issue...I'm working off of my phone as I do not have a computer. Could this be the problem? Even if it were, was able to upload before from it.

Sorry for asking an obvious question, but what format is the file or files you're trying to upload?

Joseph they are all jpg. I really can't understand why I'm not able to anymore. Other than there's a problem with the site maybe, but I seem to be the only one with the issue.

Is it just one file? Or multiple? If more than one, all editted at the same time? Meaning are you positive they're all jpg?

I just uploaded 3 new pieces of artwork an hour ago and didn't have any troubles. Make sure you only have one window open even on your phone. Multiple windows open cause multiple problems in the system.

I only edit through two apps on my phone picsart and snapseed. I haven't looked through all my pictures but I believe they are jpg when finished. At least the ones I've been trying to upload are.
