Question About Sealing Acrylic On Fabric...

If you want the fabric to stay soft, you might try fabric softener...it has a way of resisting other stains and seals in regular clothing and linens.
It you are planning on stretching the drop cloth to turn it into art, then any acrylic varnish will do.
It's usually best to use fabric paint on fabric, not acrylic.

Thank you Marlene! I wanted the drop cloth to be stiff that is why I used acrylic paint. I will use an acrylic varnish as you suggested. Appreciate your advise!

Suzanne, you will have choices...gloss, and satin. I opt for satin.....easier to photograph.

I prefer satin also! ☺
