Scam Or Not?

I get email from Pay Pal. I'm new here and never sold enything. I think it's a scam.
Maybe you can explain to me how progress of sales and payments works here.
I get 3 emails from same seller, 2 emails was the same 50TRY (18e) and another in Euros its 5e to pay.
i checked my Paypal all tree payments was canceled,
but it was a diferent one on the same date
Payment To InnoGames GmbH - they took 1,5 from Pay Pal balance and 3,49 from credit card. I did not bough anything from them.
