Are Admids. Doing Their Job.

I'm asking If anyone has had trouble getting their photo's posted at a timely manner. I belong to 14 groups and about 1/3 have had pending Images ready to post and It just doesn't seem right to have your work sit there for 3 weeks to a month. I guess my question is is this a common practice. I know that all of us who are Admin's. to groups go out and shoot or go on vacation and it's left unattended but 3 weeks to a month for photo's to just sit. Can someone set me straight if this a common practice and how can we fix it
Any feed back would be appreciated on this matter.

many don't check into their groups for a week or two at a time. they do this for free. if months and months go by talk to the staff and maybe they'll remove them. otherwise i wouldn't worry about it. that's why you enter in to many groups and just work it out in numbers.

Is it also common for many, many members to not read the description of the group? Yes.
