Hi, I have been trying to contact the support of FAA since September 21, but haven't received a response. Normally Abby Shores would reply quite soon and very kindly. Apparently there is no other person to respond to questions (?)
My question concerns the Designer Prints site which does not show my new uploaded images since August 24, 2014.
I wonder why this is and what I or FAA can do about this. The new uploaded images are displayed on my artistwebsite and
the FAA.com site as well as on the Licensingpixels site.
Does someone have the same problem? Thanks for listening! August Timmermans
