Support-tickets@fineartamerica.com And Designer Prints Site

Hi, I have been trying to contact the support of FAA since September 21, but haven't received a response. Normally Abby Shores would reply quite soon and very kindly. Apparently there is no other person to respond to questions (?)

My question concerns the Designer Prints site which does not show my new uploaded images since August 24, 2014.
I wonder why this is and what I or FAA can do about this. The new uploaded images are displayed on my artistwebsite and
the FAA.com site as well as on the Licensingpixels site.

Does someone have the same problem? Thanks for listening! August Timmermans

check your spam folders on your computer and ISP. comcast and aol will filter stuff out from here.

designer prints will choose your images for you once you opt in. you won't see everything there. if its not there it means that they either haven't gotten to do it yet, or it didn't pass muster.

Hi Mike, I don't think these are the issues you mention. Also, the Designer Prints site synchronizes with the FAA site so all images uploaded there will also show in the Designer Prints site.

they don't actually. sean or staff curates what goes in. and even if you put a 100 things in, you may only end up with 60, or at least that's what was reported. the FAA and pixels - is a 1:1 thing. but not on DP.

This site: http://fineartamerica.com/discussions.html, but I found my discussion back. That would be a handful of work for the FAA staff to make selections of each individual contributor. I am of the impression that the link between FAA and DP does not function, as previously they synchronized perfectly and suddenly this stopped. Since this synchronization is mentioned in DP's introduction it would be strange that the contributors/sellers are not informed officially about the selection process you mention. What happened to support-tickets for questions like this?

About halfway down that thread, you'll see Abbie's confirmation. Not all images in a given FAA account will make it to DP.
