Oil Painting I Can't Find Anything About It? ??? Help

I purchased an oil painting from a friend who had it hanging in their mothers home. The signature is William lee but can find no such artist. It has texas auction on the back... its about 48' by 30'. please If ANYONE can HELP

This is a site for selling art, so if he isn't listed here and you can't find his name by Googling it, there's not much in the way of help you can get here.
