Help Identifying Emblem

I appeal to FAA's large population of (ex) military men and women.

Can anyone help me identify this emblem which adorns the nose cone of a fighter jet. I didn't get the details of the jet but hope someone may recognize the emblem.

I have tried reverse image search and extensive text searches on Google but to no avail.

Some similarities thematically at least with the 116th AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SQUADRON. http://www.tioh.hqda.pentagon.mil/Catalog/Heraldry.aspx?HeraldryId=11192&CategoryId=6548&grp=1&menu=Uniformed%20Services
