Iphone 6 Is A Thin, Sexy Phone With A Killer Camera

Yes, really. About a phone. I am not part of it but I do understand the "Cult of Apple."

I will likely upgrade from my 4S to the new 6 - but only because my wife wants my phone (she still has my old 3GS).

I don't like Apple products. Is there a "smart" phone equivalent?

There are a lot of good smart phones. The "droid" versions are very popular.

I have been involved in Internet marketing for 15 years. When we go to a national conference there are 5000 +/- attendees. For some reason nearly all of them use iPhones. These are people who earn their living "on line" but are not part of that "Cult of Apple."

@Patricia - check out the Samsung Galaxy phones.

Yes, Samsung makes some very impressive equipment.

My wife had two iPhones, and nothing but problems (mostly battery) with them. She now has a Samsung Galaxy S4.....and will not go back to the iPhones.

I highly recommend the Samsung phone..I have the S4...Not sure what to do now though,,I just transitioned over from Dell/windows xp to iMac...Not sure if I should also switch the phone to apple too.?!

Frank, let's be honest, it is not a phone..it is a hand held computer that can lace and accept calls, oh by the way.....

Yeah, Marlene, it is a beautiful computer ... but I still like my iMac! I only have an iPad, not a cell phone or smart phone, but find this 'cult' interesting ... the marketing is remarkable.

Count me as an Apple/Mac man. U name it, I am using it. I had the first Mac circa 1986???
In addition to the iPhone 6Plus, I will also get the Apple watch next year.
Other smart phones may be just as good maybe even better but I am a Mac Man.

I already ordered my 6+ but it won't ship from AT&T until November. Its too big for a phone but I show my photos on my phone and ipod mini and also I like to be online all the time. I dont even take my laptop when I travel anymore. Iphiones got me through some tough storms in Tamp Bay and on the Bayou in Loiusiana When my GPS and nautiiical charts couldn't . I am not a fanatic I just need good tools. The iphone apps simplify my life. It is also my traveling portfolio and replaces me carrying a box of prints. Sexiness is definitely a plus.

I may get one for the camera.

I have the 5s and an iMac but was looking for something in between and was thinking about getting an iPad mini...so glad I held out. Bring on the 6+!!

Here's the answer to not Texting while driving:

Hey, Greg, I still have one of those rotary phones in my basement! Helps during storms when the power goes out ... phone lines are still live, but today most phones run on electric. Speaking of texting while driving ... that is the very reason I don't have a cell/smart phone .... all the accidents I have live through the other driver was either using their phone or eating ... or both!! Life to me is priceless and worth giving up a phone in my car/pocket.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S5 and it has an awesome camera.

I have a cell phone, but it's a 7 yr old MotoRazr that still works just fine. Thankfully my truck has the Sync (go Ford!) system, and I can talk hands-free when the phone rings.

the maps alone saved me many times

the fact that I can synch my address and contact lists and never ever have to retype anything ever again is worth it

a good phone camera is a plus, but I already have so many good cameras that I won't buy it for that

hopefully the guys don't like the big plus side and I can get one in the stores, hate to wait until Nov for the new one (have the 4 now)

My wife has an S4, and I can't figure the thing out half the time.

I'm wondering if the camera in the iPhone 6 has a larger sensor?

I cannot wait to upgrade to the new iPhone...but am trying to decide whether to get the 6 or 6+. AND, I need to make a few more FAA sales to afford it! :)

I may switch to the iPhone.,My brother and his wife just upgraded and got their phones yesterday,,,I could not believe how large the 6+ is.. It is larger than my galaxy s4..almost too large really..Men will need to wear cargo shorts to accommodate the larger size. I just bought google chrome but may exchange it for apple TV
