Distortion

the tower tapers up as it goes higher, so if your correcting for that, you'll never get it. the rest is barrel distortion, and you can find that under lens correction, which should help it a little bit.

Would taking out the building on the left help?

hard to say. the building there shows location, but at the same time it tosses out the balance of the image. i suppose if you shot it a block or two ahead, there would be none anyway. it would look better without. but... it may not be worth the time for this shot. maybe another angle?
