Advice On Hanging Art In Restaurant.

I have been invited to hang some of my paintings in a small restaurant. Concern and questions:- What happens if the restaurant goes under and the bank has a claim? lein? or sheriff locks the doors? (not sure the terms) Will my art be included in the whatever???? how do I protect myself? or can I protect myself?
