877-807-5901
We're available 24 hours per day / 7 days per week. Give it a try! Call the number right now, and a friendly customer service representative will pick up in less than 15 seconds.

I think it's not toll free though.

I am not sure it is on the website. I found it one time but I found it via outside sources.

Shoot Abbie and email with your problem or questions. That may be the best way to go.

It's under the link on this page that says "Every purchase includes a money-back guarantee." Click the link and it's the number half way down that Christine linked.

There are six toll free codes now and 877 is one of them.

That's good news, Rona.
Thank you :-)

You're welcome. I found out about this accidentally last week when I had to look up an area code because I thought it might have something to do with a scam. The newer toll free numbers are not as easily identifiable as the first one -- 800.

For future reference, before you sign in, it's dead center at the top.

That's strange -- I just logged out and couldn't find it. Tried Pixels too...

make sure you are logged out, Rona...it's wedged between the faa logo and name and the keyword search, under "money back guarantee"

Nope. Logged out, cleared my cache and tried again. I wonder if it has anything to do with the type of account you have, i.e. artist, gallery.

It's there for me when I log out. I wonder why it can't stay there...

because that number is only meant for buyers - and not for artists, we don't get a number and if i recall they don't talk to any artist on that line. i'm not sure if they just hang up on us.

I had thought your Kavanah Press could be one of the other types of account. But now I'm thinking there might be differences among displays -- computer, ipad, iphone, etc. Just a guess.

It could be different on an ipad and iphone...those are apps, not the full website display....

I used to see the number when I was logged off, not anymore (on laptop). Before that it was hit or miss if I saw it.
Would be nice if customers could easily find it.

Most sites these days have a live chat for customer service.

Telephone support is purely for print purchases and the customer thereof
