Why Are Views Of My Items Always Located In Ny, San Fran, Bev Hills, & Kiez Germany?

Bots.

Why would bots bother to "look at" my images? And if so, why would FAA "count" them as "views" if a real person didn't view them? ????

Search engines, social media sites and not sure why FAA list them in ones stats.

Bots look at them because thats how they index the work so customers find you

However some of those are customers also

Some bots are hidden and some not. They change their IPs and it takes the risk of blacklisting real people too

To find something special people using "search for" bar. Bots pick up requests and supply customers with bot's database that include paid advertising and yours/somebody else image. This process is random but preference goes to those who pay for advertising. Let say in general bots are helpful.

With so many bots indexing everyone's artwork for so many search engines, one would think we would all be flourishing with hundreds of sales each month.

When you work is tweeted, many cell phone views show up as those cities...not all NY, Beverly Hills are bots. I actually have some real clients there, so don't dismiss either. ;)

Bots are tire kickers, not buyers. Otherwise we'd all be flush.
