Untrusted Connection Error For My Artist Website

I am getting the attached error when I click on links leading to my AW on Tumblr using Firefox. This issue appears to be intermittent, as I am not currently getting the error, but was just a few minutes ago. Is anyone else seeing this issue, where the error states that their AW has an invalid security certificate, and that the certificate is only valid for the following names: fineartamerica.com and www.fineartamerica.com?

Update: it was back to showing the error again, then I tried again, and no error.

Whatever link you are clicking on has incorrectly got 'https://' at the beginning of it, rather than 'http://' (ie the extra 's')

HTTPS doesnt work for our AW sites, so that is why you get the error message.

So, the links on Tumblr must have been used with https, rather than http

If you post to Tumblr, use http://

This is the html with extra spaces in order to allow it to be seen. I don't see any https...do you see something else wrong or that I am overlooking?

Thanks for your help!

Can you link the Tumblr post that you have it in?

Ah, we were typing at the same time. This is the post, with the html shown above (was editing it while you were typing)

It appears to be working fine again now. The inconsistency is what's really confusing me.

Hmm, that all looks ok..

Then I can only guess that FAA are maybe doing something.

Normally, you only get that when you try to access a https url when they dont have the correct certificate in place (which is the problem with AW sites because it has no HTTPS cert.)

But all your links look like they are fine.

Sorry, cant help more than that.

If its still doing it, try to see if it has changed the link to https when it happens again, I guess it could also be Tumblr doing something weird with links also...

Thanks for checking it out for me...much appreciated! Hopefully it's just something temporarily going on behind the scenes, as I use this code in multiple places and this is the first time I've had this issue. I'll leave this thread open for now, and retest later....

Stop using https://

Only use http://

I'm using http not https, below is the code I pasted in an earlier post. That being said it seems to be intermittent and isn't happening right now, so hopefully this was just a hiccup. Thanks.

The only reason it does this is if someone is calling for a certificate. (security certificate) That is https

Please try going off and completely cleaning out your browser cache (history)

Thanks Abbie. All continues to be fine when I just tested my links again, but if it happens again I will clear my cache. As long as this issue is local to me and not a universal error that people encounter when clicking on my links, I think all is good. I copy and paste this exact code into all of my blog posts, and this has been the first time I've had a problem.
