I'm excited to announce that my photo "Taughannock Falls Upper Rim Trail" was chosen for exhibition at the Everson Museum of Art in Syracuse New York as part of the Show Us CNY14 community project. A panel of judges selected 30 photos from 600 submitted to showcase the life and vibrancy of life in central New York. The exhibition runs Aug. 22-30. I'm so proud that my photo captures the natural beauty of the landscape we celebrate here in upstate New York, and it's an honor to have one of my images on display at a museum!
Congratulations on having your work selected. While I have never seen the Taughannock Falls, I have seen some of the incredible beauty that Upstate New York has to offer. You have certainly captured one of the gems in that image.
Bravo Christina! Being from Syracuse, I've been there many times growing up... simply beautiful country. Congratulations, and I wish I was back home to visit the museum!
Wow...CONGRATULATIONS, Christina!!! That's fantastic, and well deserved!! (Maybe you can sneak in just one little hummingbird hovering over the falls! Think they'd notice?) :-)
@Lynn Ha ha this time of year I wish I could take the real one's with me. I hate to leave them, they have so much energy! I love to watch and photograph them.
