You can create coupon codes for customers from your Behind the Scenes panel.

just be aware that the discount only affects your mark up. so a 50% off is not really 50% off.

I noticed that if I reduce my percentage as an artist for my costumers nothing never change in real !
For example I put $100 for 72’’x 34’’. And the site selling that in canvas print for $242.
I changed my fee to give discount to my costumers. I put $50 BUT site price is still $242!
So how can I give real $50 discount to them??

I believe they apply the coupon code during the checkout process for the discount.

The code is put in, as Jeff says, at checkout only

And if you are testing it while you are logged in, you are seeing the price WITHOUT YOUR markup... which is what the discount is taken from. You need to log out, then go through the checkout process to see what the actual cost comes out to.
