Thumbnails Still Not Staying Attached To Images

People have been reporting similar issues these past few days. We'll notify Tech Support.

Gee - doesn't tech support ever look around the site?

Had a similar problem attaching the promo links in a blog post. Thumbnails would show up only when the page was reloaded.

ditto! Thought it was just my page, now it is on other artists profile pages as well. Thank you Jeffrey for notifying Tech Support!:)

The thumbnails for images in all of my galleries won't load. If I click on the image tab the thumbnails will load, but not in any of my galleries. I am waiting on a customer to buy a print, and depending on how she browses she might not be able to see any images at all...

I am also unable to upload new work...I get to the submit button and then it just hangs and hangs.

I've been on vacation and hoped this would have been resolved by now - any updates? I'm still having issues.

The previous image display issues we had were resolved.

You've stated thumbnails are not staying attached to images. I need more information, please. Do you have a link to review, and can you be a bit more specific so I can pass the proper information to Tech Support on your behalf?

Here are some examples:
This thumbnail is showing a bison and should be an orange tulip:


This should be a snow covered tree branch on a blue sky but the thumbnail is empty and when you click on it, it shows a waterfall landscape:

How many images is this anomaly affecting? Have you tried editing the images and replacing with the correct photo? In the interim I am forwarding this to Tech Support for you.

Have you re-edited and uploaded replacement images as we previously discussed?

Yes, Jeffrey. I was all "fixed" before I left for a two-week vacation. But now it is happening again. I do notice that some of the FAA pages automatically open in a new window, and though I close them right away, maybe that is causing the issue? Am I the only one reporting any troubles?

I am sending you a pm Patti. This is a two tab/window issue but I want you to send me a file so I can try and reload on of your existing wrong images to make doubly sure. I am going to send you my 'works' adress

Asking for help again - Abby has quit responding. I realize they may not be able to find the problem, but I want to let you know it is continuing to happen. With new and with old uploads. With single or with multiple uploads. Very frustrating. I fix the corrupt files to get things realigned but then new ones just get messed up. Can I ask for a refund of some sort? It makes my pages unusable when the images don't match the keywords or descriptions. For the tulip image, the image is showing the correct aspect ratio, but it has the stretched out photo of the butterfly - so it seems like it sort of knows what it is supposed to be...

Patti, when I click the 'Tulip' image, it definitely shows the butterfly, instead. But, I'm seeing the butterfly in its correct horizontal (landscape) format; not the elongated vertical format that's showing here in this discussion.

I'm sorry to hear you've had so many problems. I've experienced a few site-related image problems recently, too, and have found it frustrating, to say the least.
