Facebook Ads

Wondering if anyone else has had this experience with FaceBook. I stayed away from Facebook for a long time but joined only because it gave us more ability to get our fine art out into a different market place. Some of the chit chat is ok but I viewed it as a business tool which would bring hopefully millions into contact with the images I posted on FAA. So, I joined and took it one step further and decided to create an ad on FB to further promote my FAA site. My bad as should have done some more research before I did this as once completed I needed to make some changes. Yes Facebook says you can make changes and even cancel the ad. Not so as I found out once I got into and discovered that I'm not the only one with the problem and that there are others who haven't been able to cancel or delete their ads and are suffer recurring bills from Facebook. Every try to get hold of a support person for facebook or even email them. Good luck there as to date it's impossible and when you go to report a problem it just brings up "maybe" solutions. All in all now, once I recieve a bill on my Visa card, I have to block any further acceptance of that billing. So fellow artists, stay away from trying to do any advertising on Facebook and to date not sure what good Facebook is anyway.
