New Here

Like it says, I'm new here. I love taking pictures and creating fractal art. People often ask why I don't try selling some of my work, and honestly I never thought myself worthy. I have had my work displayed in a local gallery before and one of my photographs was chosen to be the cover of my colleges yearly publications. So, I decided maybe I will try to start selling and see if I have any luck.

Anyway, I just wanted to post a hello, so....

Greetings Nelwin!

If you're serious about trying to sell your artwork, I think this is a good place to start however, to really be successful in getting others to buy your images, it takes a different skill set. Start by reading all the "behind the scenes" info that is offered. Search some of the already existing "threads" to answer some of your questions that may arise and if no success, request some advice. Use as many relevant search "tags" as possible. Build a social network of possible clients through available sites such as FaceBook and Twitter and link your gallery of images to them (see behind the scenes info). Use the highest resolution camera available for creating your images for printing purposes.
