Tracking Your Sales On Faa, Etsy, Amazon Etc.

How do you guys keep track of the work you've sold? I sell my pieces in a number of places, including FAA, Amazon, Etsy and art galleries. I used to keep all my sales data in a spreadsheet, but recently switched over to this free iPhone app: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bottomline-sales-customer/id886545344?ls=1&mt=8 .
Looking for suggestions on better ways to organize my sales data.

I track mine on a spreadsheet. I also keep track of expenses such as advertising so that I can compare and see if I can identify any trends.

All good points. Does anyone else have recommendations for iPhone or iPad apps that do the same?

I used the old fashion method. I hired an accountant years ago. He does the accounting, I do the selling.

It easy for me to track print sales. For FAA I check behind the scenes. For all the other sites make a fist with both hands and then count the extended fingers. I only upload to one stock image site so I use their stats. I haven't sold prints direct in years. Direct license salesi keep in my head. I generally only make spread sheets at tax time.

I like the app and downloaded it thanks.
