Site Navigation Bug

A new View All and Comment navigation button was added, which appears to replace a TITLE of the PIECE Link.

When a Customer is viewing a particular artist's pieces by "previous" and "next" navigation.

If the Customer views the Framed, Metal, or other custom configurations AND CHANGES THE SIZE, then tries to go back to where they were in the Artist's works stream USING THE VIEW and COMMENT Button .... the "previous" and "next" buttons are not available.

This will take the Customer out of the current artist's gallery and break the tie between artist and interested customer. An undesirable event.

Hi Daniel - I checked out my previous/next and saw no view/comment button. I then chose metal print on one image - it then takes me to the screen to choose size and yes, the previous/next buttons disappear. My guess is it disappears at that point since the buyer is ready to buy? Either way, for me . . . I never saw the view/comment buttons on mine. Thinking as a buyer - which I am - I just clicked my right click on my mouse to return to the previous image and also hit the back button on the browser.

I see what you mean. The next/previous do go away. I'm guessing there are changes being made as this is new with the view all/comment so it will probably get straightened out soon.

I was helping a potential customer find the prices using his phone. I have an easier url to my aw that I purchased and all it does is take you to the aw. Anyway, on his phone, when he clicked on any size and any type of print the price was listed as $0.0. That was awkward! So I had him use my aw url that goes straight to the site and it worked. When I got home I tried the easy url, which btw is www.allenphotoart.com, and the prices came up using both my phone and my computer. I guess it's just a problem with mobile sites. Sigh, don't you just love technology...
