Trouble Downloading Photos

I'm presuming you meant "upload" not "download" here. After you browse for your image and upload it, the "Image Details" page will appear, fill that out - IGNORE the "set default options" button(s), that looks to be something new on that page and it probably only brings up the set defaults page for future uploads which is not what you want. Simply fill that "Image Details" page out and pick the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom and you should be done.

W is right, but what I might do first, is create a few "galleries", if you can without having any images yet. If you have a gallery(s) set up, that will make it a few clicks easier later. Once you have an image in your gallery, then you can "edit" that gallery and pick an image, as the "logo" for that gallery,

I am sorry you are having problems, let's see if I can help

Everything you need are two links when you log in.

They appear in the top of the page on both free and premium sites. On the FAA side, one is your name. That leads you directly to your profile.

The second link you need is your BEHIND THE SCENES link, situated right next to the name link. (on the right on the premium site)

In the BEHIND THE SCENES are all the tools you need to work with on the site. Everything you need is in there. The customisation tools are on the premium site, not FAA

I strongly suggest that you spend a good half hour, playing around in your Behind the Scenes on both sites if you have them, familiarising yourself with the layout and what things are when opened.

I know this helped when I first joined.

Before uploading any work, Go to DEFAULT SETTINGS in your BEHIND THE SCENES and set up all the default settings you will normally use on your uploads. Then go to FACEBOOK APPLICATION and set up Twitter and Facebook if you have those and wish us to post there for you.

Fill out your PAYMENT INFORMATION and make sure that, if you are in the USA you have filled out your TAX INFORMATION

Only then should you upload. Never, ever leave a page whilst uploading, editing or before you have completed and pressed SUBMIT to save your changes
