Problems With Paypal

I have a presumption that in the "behind the scenes" you have put in your email that is used for your paypal account in the "Payment Information". ??

You do not need to create a new paypal account

Just add the email account from your existing one into the Payment Information area
You need to also fill out your Tax Information if in the USA

when you open a pay pal account your email address is your pay pal account as well. if you want to take the money out from your pay pal account, you could have it transfer to your bank account, for doing it you need to ask your bank for the transit numbers of your bank account.

Thank you all for that feedback, My email address that I use for my paypal account is already in the paypal "box" in the accounting section of my fine art america profile. It feels like some how they are not getting linked and I do not know what else to do.

click Behind the Scenes then click Payment Information (all the way on the bottom) - Next page CHECK this : Pay Me Via My PayPal E-Mail Address: - underneath enter your email / same as paypal email.

Next step is important and most likely the problem: click Submit

I know that fine art america has tried to make this payment plan as easy as possible, I have done everything that you all have suggested without success, not sure what I should try next. Thanks
