I would say yes. For instance, if a painter is going to show his/her work on FAA, then that person has to be pretty good with a camera to capture the image. A person who paints and only sells originals doesn't have to know a thing about cameras or computers.
I think one of the hardest thing about presenting an image to the online crowd would be the capturing of the work. It's not an easy task. Then you have to know how to get it to its destination.
Since there was a lack of photographers in the survey, I am not dead sure if the info really helps me much but it is nice to have a general idea if my market plan is working relative to others in the industry.
