Steve Belovarich is a Photographer with an inverse take on Light Painting Photography. He uses the camera itself as a paintbrush, skillfully finding line and form in everyday scenes and objects. Steve uses handheld movements with a DSLR to achieve stunning painterly effects that are a composition all their own. Steve Belovarich also has an ongoing series of landscapes and portraits of the people and places he travels. His candid portraits capture a unique vision of the American Dream, while sharp lines and a wide dynamic range characterize his perspective of the American landscape.
Steve Belovarich MFA has a strong background in the Visual Arts. Steve has worked as a Professional Camera Op, Photographer, Creative Coder, Developer and Teacher. Steve Belovarich studied Electronic Arts at Rensselaer in 2004 and obtained a MFA Computer Art from Syracuse University in 2010.
