I am a retired businessman, enjoying the business of creating and selling my pastel art at a local level. I am a musician, pencil artist and since 2009 a pastel artist. Pastels fascinate me, if I am not painting with them, I am researching and reading about them. I use hard pastels to extra soft pastels, I use water color paper, sanded paper and art board. I usually do a value sketch before putting pastel to paper. I am re-learning the joys of sketching, sometime I will share those. Thank you for visiting my site.
