I started drawing at the age of 7 doing what most children do. It soon became an obsession and dominated my childhood. Originally specialising in watercolours I soon moved to pencil drawings. In my early years I stuck to landscapes but portraits have always been my passion. However, these proved difficult and my early attempts were nothing to shout about.
