Ken Young, a self-taught artist, has been sketching and drawing with pencil and pen and ink from a very young age. Born in Charleston South Carolina his family shortly migrated to Kingston New York then to Hudson in 1963. He progressed in skill when his mother purchased a correspondence course with Art Instruction Schools, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
