About Me...   I had pretty decent traditional training when I was younger (as part of a hand-picked group of students in grades 7-12) in drawing, painting, sculpting - you name it.   Art, however, always managed to take a back seat to everything else in my life - that is, until recently when I found myself alone after my youngest son moved out.   As as Artist I've been drawing and painting since the early '70s but only pursued it as a hobby until recently.   I do mostly stylized florals, whimsical scenes, and some fractal generation and manipulations.   I dabble with...more
