Haley Mueller:
Haley Mueller has been painting for over 15 years. During that time, she has studied in several studios under experienced artists. As her teachers watched her progress, they encouraged her to enter competitions. Her painting, Peaceful Mallard, was entered in the Federal Junior Duck Stamp Design contest in 2008 and took 3rd place among 800 paintings.
