Gina Gahagan, a Montana native, is a Nature Illustrator and Artist specializing in fine art paintings and illustrations of birds, botanicals and other subjects from the natural world. She creates her pieces both for art's sake and the sake of illustrating the remarkable beauty of the world around us. She has participated in many artist's shows and sales in Montana, produced commissioned works, and has created logos and intrepretive displays for natural resource and conservation organizations. She has done cover and book illustrations and has collaborated with other artists and natural resource specialists in creating posters and other visual aids. A member of the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators and the Colored Pencil Society of America, she works in artist-grade colored pencil, as well as graphite, watercolor, acrylic and mixed media. Gina resides in Bozeman, Montana, and holds a Fine Arts degree in Printmaking from Montana State University, Bozeman.
