Chisolm Trail Parkway

Keller, TX - May 15th, 2013

Some time ago, I had heard about this project to develop a series of large glass mosaic murals in Fort Worth depicting native wildlife and fauna on six huge monuments. They held a local competition for photographers to submit their best wildlife shots and be apart of this awesome project. I decided to give it a go, and what do you know, two of my shots were selected (American Green Tree Frog & Rough Green Snake). Soon they will be transitioned into MOSAIC works of art prominently and permanently displayed for all to see in the city of Fort Worth. DESCRIPTION: Fort Worth Public Art has selected artist Norie Sato to develop a public artwork for the Chisholm Trail Parkway (SH 121 T), currently under construction by the North Texas Tollway Authority.
