Art by Raquel Rios is a memorial art collection. Raquel passed away 2015 from pancreatic cancer. Raquel was a creative and loving mother and grandmother. She worked as a pre-school teacher and poured her love for art into her students. Our mother loved to paint landscapes and sketching children. Raquel 'Rachel' was born in the Bronx, New York and lastly resided in Florida. more
