You Are Stalling is about this little peeping Tom that was rustling around in the shower while I was immersed in my artwork on my computer. Upon opening the door, startled as may be, I headed straight to my camera to grab several interesting captures of this furry little mammal. Though not very common in Peru Maine, the flying squirrel is quite unlike the sugar glider that several people have described it to be. The sugar glider has a pouch like the kangaroo. The flying squirrel does not. Too bad though, since I have been honored to have been selected as the September 2016 artist of the month at SugarWood gallery in Farmington, Maine I created some special advertising using this piece, and when I was told it was a sugar glider, I thought that it so well fit the sugar theme. Still does anyhow, as many of their awesome Maine arts and crafts will work so well with this awesome little fella; just might not have as much sugar. Copyright 2016, Michael D. Breau.
